Michael D. Foreman, M.D.

An Abbeville, Louisiana native, Dr. Foreman received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA. He graduated from Louisiana State University Medical School in Shreveport, LA in 1979 where he completed his residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1983. He is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He is also a member of the American College of Surgeons.  

Lewis W.Hill, M.D.

Dr. Lewis W. Hill studied Biology at Loyola University. He attended Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans where he completed his medical degree in 1990 and an Obstetric and Gynecology internship and residency from 1990 to 1994. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Hill belongs to the American Medical Association, American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, the Southern Medical Association, Louisiana State Medical Society and the Lafayette Parish Medical Society. 

Russel Thomas Phelps, M.D.

Dr. Phelps joined Womens Clinic of Acadiana in April, 2018. He is a 1989 graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a 1995 graduate of University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. He did his OB/Gyn residency at Tulane and Charity Hospital in New Orleans.  He had spent most of his career running federally qualified health clinics in the Austin Texas area serving those with little or no insurance. He has a special interest high risk obstetrics and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and he is board certified with the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.  He loves living in Lafayette and enjoys spending time with his family and enjoying all of the outdoor activities that this area offers. 

Timothy D. Keeler, M.D.

Dr. Keeler joined Women’s Clinic of Acadiana on September 1, 2017.  He attended Louisiana State University Medical School graduating in 1998 and completed an Obstetrical and Gynecological residency in June of 2002 in Asheville, North Carolina.  He was previously employed by HCA Physician Services as a Ob/Gyn hospitalist.  He currently holds memberships in North Carolina Medical Society and Wyoming Medical Society. Dr. Keeler is a member of the American College of Ob/Gyn and won the ACOG/Wyeth-Ayerst Research Award in 2000.    He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University.
